We believe that true wellness goes beyond just a workout program. Our mission is to help you maximize your enjoyment of life by caring for your health holistically. Whether you’re just getting back into fitness, recovering from an injury, or looking to elevate your already healthy lifestyle, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
We offer a one-stop shop for personalized fitness plans and programs, coupled with supported rest and recovery through massage, yoga, and meditation. We understand that each individual is unique, and we take the time to develop a health and fitness plan that works for you, your lifestyle, and your interests. Michelle Green
Michelle is a BCRPA and ACE certified Personal Trainer and yoga instructor with a focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness. With a Bachelor of Psychology and Masters of Global and Public Health, Michelle grounds her work in science-backed training methods, adapting guidance and programming to the individual’s goals, needs and lifestyle. She has a keen interest in nutrition and meditation and is currently pursuing a designation as a Registered Massage Therapist to better support her clients in recovery and rehabilitation. Michelle’s focus is on making exercise fun and easy to incorporate into daily life and is known for her positive and encouraging attitude. In her own time, she loves climbing, running, snowboarding and multi-day hikes with a passion for strength training, yoga and functional mobility to support her active lifestyle.

BCRPA and ACE certified Personal Trainer
200-hour Yoga Teacher Training

Bachelor of Psychology
Certificate in Integrative Medicine
Certificate in Yoga as Medicine
